Terms of Service

§1

All Info transmitted to us have to be valid.
We bill to the details that you give us.

§2

If the task is finished, we hand the work over to you.
We garantuee for accuracy of our work. If you find errors we will correct them.
We don´t correct errors that were pointed out to us more than two weeks after the handing over of the work.

§2.1

We are not liable for damages caused by our work.
We are not liable for damages caused by delay of delivery.



§3

Prices are in USA currency, if not stated otherwise.
We request pre-payment. If the amount is too large we can agree on a payment plan.

§3.1

Payments sent to us can not be requested back. We will keep your payment in your account for six months. After that period we can take the payment out of your account without notice.

If payments are delayed we reserve the right to charge 6% interest on the delayed payment.

All terms of service apply to all contracts.

§5

These terms of service can change without notice at any time.
